Terms and Conditions

  • Prices effective January 2021. Prices are subject to change without notification

  • Prices/quotes will not change if you have paid your deposit and returned all forms.

  • Prices per person are the same across the board whatever the occasion the only time prices may vary are if a person has long /thick hair. (an extra cost may be charged)

  • Full payment of package required 2 weeks prior to the wedding day. Please see invoice issued

  •  If any member of the bridal party or the bride cancels after the booking has been made and the booking fee has been paid, a 50% fee of all services booked will be charged accordingly.

  • If any member of the bridal party or the bride cancels within 48hrs of the wedding date or fails to show on the day of the wedding a 100% fee will be charged accordingly.

  • As the bride you are responsible for all cancellations and fees owing prior to the wedding day.

  • Bookings can be transferred to another person if the service has been paid in full.

  • If a change of date occurs and I'm unavailable on you new date, your booking fee is non-refundable.

  • If a change of date occurs and I'm available on your new date I'm happy to transfer your wedding over to your new date

  • If for any reason there is more than 1 date change a fee will be charged for change of date.

  • If your style requires extra padding we are able to supply these at an extra cost, or you may purchase these from a shop advised by the stylist at your own expense.

  • 10% surcharge applies to Sundays and public holidays.

  • Mobile service available subject to availability, requirements and conditions, surcharges apply for travel or in salon option is available.

  • Directions will be given in preparation for your hair on the day. (please follow instructions given)

  • To book please fill in your booking form and return to 106 excelsior parade Toronto or email to cocotanning@hotmail.com.au

  • To book please complete payment of your non - refundable $200 BOOKING fee to secure the booking. Once your booking form and deposit have been completed and returned your booking will be secured.

  • We are unable to guarantee appointments or time until we receive the booking form.

  • We will hold tentative bookings, you have 7 days from the date you receive your invoice to pay the deposit and return your booking form.

  • If you do not book within the 7 day period this date will become available to another bride. (an inquiry does not book in your wedding date.)

  • Final balance is due and payable 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

  • A trial or consultation including pictures must be completed prior to the wedding.

  • All Trials will be held at my home salon. ( no travel option )

  • All wedding spray tans will be done in my home salon ( no travel option )

  • Pictures of hair and makeup you would like is to be provided.

  • It is your responsibility to advise us of any issues you have with your hair, makeup and tan on your trial day or the day of your wedding. (If we do not know of an issue we cannot correct or change it should you be unhappy) we are more than happy to help. After all it is our job and it is your special day and we want you to feel amazing.

  • Please ensure you have read and understood our cancellation policy on the booking form if you wish to proceed.

  • If you have paid your $200 booking fee you are agreeing to all terms and conditions stated above.
